Discipleship

19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20, ESV

We take the message of Jesus very seriously and believe whole-heartedly when he said disciples he meant:

    1. Disciples, not converts
    2. Life on life discipleship, not entertainment-driven programs
    3. Disciples of Jesus, not of me

In studying and researching what Jesus meant we boiled discipleship down to six basic elements- studying the word, praying, Spirit-led, compassionate, transformed, and missional. The first three are things we do, and the latter three are ways we are as disciples of Christ.

We want to be able to grow a multiplication of belivers on our campus through our students, that they make disciples in His name, and that their disciples make disciples. As the staff, we want to encourage this process and provide scritupral and spiritual support to our students, pushing them further along thier spiritual journey and doing all things in the name of the Lord.
